It's the 3rd hari raya today. Kindof boring actually. That's why i dont really like Hari Raya. I end up eating & sleeping all day long. Anyway, had a pleasant suprise today. Leslie called ! Didnt expect to receive any calls from him anymore. He missed me he said. That's Leslie....the sweet talker. It's the same old thing la....missed me, hot for me, falling for me, etc...etc....all those craps la. But it's a good thing he called. I really need to have lots of frens around me now.

Then, later in the evening, another suprises. This time it's a call from Nily Akmar. Been ages since the last time we've spoken. It was about 4-5 years ago when she left the company. Really missed her so much. We have lots of great times together. I am so glad she's back to my life. She then called me up on Saturday & we meet up at Starbucks KL Plaza - catching up old times. She's now no longer with Dhillon, that boyfriend of hers. She's so depressed. I pitied her so much but nothing much i could do to help her. One thing i'm really not good at is consoling people. You really need a talent to do that. I just hope she'll be fine.

The Best Poem Ever

Today while de-cluttering my drawers at the office, found this poem. It was given to me more than 10 years ago by Nain. Yup, the guy I wanted to marry with when I was still engaged with Ridzwan. He's the most romantic guy I've ever known. Well this poem explains it all........ It's just too bad that we're not meant for each other.

Thinking of him, sometimes I regret that I didnt fight that hard to be with him. I was so confused at that time....yelahhh..I've known Ridzwan for 5 years as compared to him 3 months. Being brainwashed by my parents was another thing. I'm just afraid I would make a wrong decision. there a saying which goes like this : You dont need a lifetime to determine whether that person is the right one.....if it's him, you'll it's him. SOS Call From Kuantan

Today is Marsya's first day of her 2nd semester exam. Hope she' did well. The problem with Marsya is that she likes to answer those questions so quickly. Then, she doesnt wanna check her answers. Well come to think of it, she's only 8...what can you expect from an 8 year old girl? But being a mother, you just can't help it. You just want the best for your kid.

Abah called up this afternoon. They are renovating the house. I was told that they are only replacing the roofs. Apparently that was not just it. They have make some extensions to the house too. The cost has come up to RM50K. Wallauweh !! You can buy a whole house with that kindof money, beb !!. Abah is asking some money from me - RM6K. I'll give him the money but I still think what they did is a waste. They have to use all their savings for this project. Isnt that ridiculuous ?? When I'm older, I dont think I'd wanna stay in such a big house. I wont even have the energy to maintain the house on my own. A small, cozy home will do. Tapi biasalah org2 tua ni akn....semuanya nak rumah besau. Alasan dia orang, anak cucu balik senang....... well, no point talking over this thing. The renovation is already in progress. Just hope the cost would stops there. Otherwise, I cud smell dangerrrrrrr.
